At Veloria Wears, we want you to love every pair of shoes you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

b. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@veloriawears.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

c. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund.
  • Place a new order for the desired item or size.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@veloriawears.com
  • Please include a photo of the item and your order number
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Then contact your bank or credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@veloriawears.com
